All students have the option of taking a classroom course or a distance-learning course . Satisfactory completion of a distance-learning course requires that the student pass a timed distance-learning examination. The FREC cannot require that the final  exam be monitored or given at a centralized location.

14 Hour Continuing Education Course for Florida Real Estate Professionals                                                                                                                                                                          Real Estate brokers and Sales Associates must complete 14 hours of continuing education every two years after their first license renewal. This course meets the entire FREC-prescribed continuing education requirements.  After the first  renewal, a real estate licensee must complete a FREC-approved 14 -hour continuing education course before all subsequent renewals. This course consists of three hours of "core law" and 11 hours of "specialty" education.   

Florida Real Estate 63 hour Sales Associate Pre-license Course
This required Sales Associates course consists of a 63-hour program of Florida real estate law, real estate principles and practices, and real estate mathematics. Successful completion of this program qualifies you to take the State exam. Learn and study online at your own convenience. 

Florida Real Estate 45 hour Sales Associate Post-license Course
FREC rules require that all active and inactive sales associates renewing for the first time, complete a 45-hour program of Post-License Education prior to their first license renewal. This course can be completed entirely online. 

Florida Real Estate 63 hour Sales Associate Pre-license Course  in Spanish                                                                                                                                                                          This required Sales Associates course consists of a 63-hour program of Florida real estate law, real estate principles and practices, and real estate mathematics. 30 hour Broker Post-license – Management                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    FREC rules require that all active and inactive brokers renewing for the first time, complete 60 hours of Post-License Education prior to their first license renewal. Completion of the 30 hour management and 30 hour investment courses meet the total 60 hour requirement. These courses can be completed entirely online.

30 hour Broker Post-license – Investment
