Monday through Thursday 9:30 AM -1:30 PM
Real Estate Sales Associate course consists of 63 hours of Florida real estate law, real estate principles and practices, and real estate mathematics. Successful completion of this course is required for you to take the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license examination.

El curso para vendedores de bienes y raices dura 63 horas y cubre los siguientes temas: leyes del estado de la Florida especificamente para bienes y raices y matematicas pertenientes a bienes y raices. Este curso es requerido para obtener la licencia de bienes y raices en el estado de la Florida.

Before applying for the state exam, a broker applicant must have held an active sales associate license:
- under one or more brokers in any state or foreign jurisdiction for 24 months in the preceding 5 years (working under an owner-developer does not count unless the employer also holds a broker license); or
- is working as a salaried employee of a governmental agency performing the duties authorized for real estate associates.
