Faith Institute of Real Estate, LLC is an affiliate of Faith Properties, Inc. Faith Properties began operations in 1988. Since its inception, Faith Properties has assisted hundreds of families in achieving their dream of home ownership. It is with the same spirit of professionalism and desire to help others that Faith Institute of Real Estate exists.
We offer Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) approved real estate pre-license, post-license and continuing education courses in English and Spanish. Some courses are offered in a classroom setting and select courses are provided through distance learning. All of our courses are presented in a format that is interactive, user friendly and specifically designed to enhance the students' learning experience. Faith Institute of Real Estate utilizes an educational methodology that combines life experiences with legal principles of real estate law that simplifies and increases comprehension of the course material.
